Birthday Party Rental
Birthday Party Basics:
- Weekend rentals are $200 for 1.5 hours, with a 30 minute set up time beforehand. The Saturday times available are 11:00AM -12:30PM, 1:30- 3:00 PM, and 4:00-5:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays!
- Weeknight rentals are $150 for 1.5 hours, with a 30 minute set up time beforehand. The weeknight times available are 4:00-5:30 PM, 5:30-7:00 PM or 6:30-8:00.
- All of River Haven is reserved just for you!
- You and up to 15 guests/children (under the age of 12). Adults not included. Additional $30/5 additional children. (20 children is the max)
- Use of "Party Room" for food set up.
- 1-2 River Haven Play Friends Staff for assistance
- You are welcome to bring whatever food you want, NO ALCOHOL!
- ONE Open Play Session for another day for the Birthday child!
Add Ons:
- 5 additional children/guest is $30 (20 children is the max)
- 30 additional minutes is $50
- 60 additional minutes is $150
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to reserve time and date. The remaining balance will be due 2 days before the scheduled event. This will be collected once party date is confirmed. All additional Add-Ons will be charged with the remaining balance. There will be additional charges if party goes over allotted time. $30 for every 10 minutes over time will be charged at time of leaving. Our time and your time is valuable and we want to respect our employees and you!
